If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price of any unused/seal not broken portion of the product order, excluding shipping, restocking fee/fees, within 30 days of ordering the product as verified by UPS tracking number.

REFUNDS ARE DONE ONLY WHEN PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY FULFILLMENT. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AT CUSTOMER’S COST, AND ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT RETURN. PLEASE NOTE THAT WITH A RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGE, POSTAGE IS CHARGED TO SERA LABS FOR THE RETURN, AND THESE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUNDS.
We highly recommend that returns be sent through a carrier that will advise on correct packaging of item, insure item, and track item. Partial order returns are acceptable, however any items not sent back, or opened items sent back will be deducted from the total of the refund. All DISCOUNT promotional product sales that were not charged shipping and cancelled or returned may be subject to shipping charge of $6.95 on one item purchases, and up to $11.95 for multi- item purchases as SL pays for shipping of the product and shipping for returns. All product returns will incur a restocking fee as SL is charged by the fulfillment center to restock a return $5.99 per bottle/jar + shipping charge. Gummy returns over 3X packs will incur $9.95 restocking flat fee plus shipping charge of up to $11.95. Please contact customer service at help.seralabshealth.com or 1-855-762-9988 to obtain an RMA (return authorization number) to facilitate in the return process and ensure that the refund is credited to the correct account. All returns are inspected at the warehouse, returns without an RMA number will take longer to inspect and refund. Please be advised that return to sender packages will take your post office longer to send back to the fulfillment center. Products returned where only a processing & handling fee was charged are not eligible for refund, as stated in the terms of the offer.
All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to: help.seralabshealth.com or 1-855-762-9988. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged, and photo proof.
