The choice is yours. You may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. We will ship you a new product every 30 days unless you change your
shipment interval. You can contact us to customize your next scheduled shipment via email customercare@seralabshealth.com, or by phone 1-800-625-4211.

All customers are are able to manage their subscriptions via https://seralabshealth.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access or by clicking the account icon in the top right corner of any page and clicking "Manage subscriptions."

Your Sera Labs purchase is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Simply return the product(s) unopened for refund (minus shipping and restocking fees) for guarantee to apply you must be within the 30-days.

If your
order has not yet shipped and you’d like to make changes or cancel any future
orders, you can do so by calling us at 1-800-625-4211.



Please note, if your order is shipping within
the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that
shipment. Not to worry though: If needed, you can always return the shipment
once it’s received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Sera Labs purchase, just return the containers within 30 days
of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

We only ship within the continental United States. We do not
ship to Canada, US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico.
