Return Policy
ALL RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE PACKED CAREFULLY; BROKEN, DAMAGED, or USED/SEAL BROKEN PRODUCT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price of any unused/seal not broken portion of the product order, excluding shipping, and restocking fee/fees, within 30 days of ordering the product as verified by UPS tracking number. We highly recommend that returns be sent through a carrier that will advise on correct packaging of item, insure item, and track item.

RETURNS/REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON PRODUCTS WITH UNOPENED/SAFETY SEALS NOT BROKEN, WE CAN NOT LEGALLY ACCEPT OPENED PRODUCT RETURNS OR REFUND OPENED PRODUCT RETURNS.
REFUNDS ARE DONE ONLY WHEN PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY FULFILLMENT. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. PLEASE NOTE THAT WITH A RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGE, POSTAGE IS CHARGED TO SL FOR THE RETURN, AND THESE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUNDS. ITEMS NOT RETURNED OR OPENED ITEMS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.
All DISCOUNT Promotional product sales that were not charged shipping and cancelled or returned may be subject to shipping/RSF charge of $13.98 on one item return, $16.94 on 2 item return, and up to $21.90 for multi- item return as SL pays for shipping of the product and shipping for returns. All product returns will incur a restocking fee as SL is charged by the fulfillment center to restock a return. All product that were charged a complimentary or promotional fee only are NOT eligible for refund, as stated in the terms of the offer. Any opened returns cannot be refunded if seal on outer package has been opened or tampered with.
On all products where discount is taken by customer to keep their product, then return the discount will be deducted from the return refund.
Please contact customer service at customercare@seralabshealth.com or 1-800-625-4211 to obtain an RMA (return authorization number) to facilitate in the return process and ensure that the refund is credited to the correct account. All returns are inspected at the warehouse, returns without an RMA number may take longer to inspect and refund. Please be advised that return to sender packages will take your local post office longer to return.
All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to: customercare@seralabshealth.com or 1-800-625-4211. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged, and photo proof.
