What are the side effects of Melatonin?

Most side effects of melatonin use are mild and will go away on their own. They may include headaches, upset stomach, grogginess, sleeplessness, irritability and dizziness. The likelihood of these side effects increases with the dosage, which is why we recommend you take no more than one Sleep ASAP Nutri-Strip per night.

Do I have to take Sleep ASAP every night?

Sleep ASAP is drug-free & non-habit-forming, and you can take it every night, but you don’t have to. Because it can be taken as needed, Sleep ASAP is a great choice for people who travel across time zones often or have occasional sleepless nights.

Can I get addicted to Sleep ASAP?

No. Unlike more powerful, prescription sleep aids, melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that works with your body’s circadian rhythm. You cannot get addicted to melatonin and will not suffer adverse effects when you discontinue use. You may take it as needed and stop when you feel it is no longer needed

Will Sleep ASAP make me feel groggy in the morning?
