I’m so glad I did! These strips have provided a BIG boost! Within 6 weeks, my Vitamin D level went from 19 ng/mL to 45 ng/mL (blood tests) - the highest it’s been in over 5 years. Excellent product. Easy to take, well-absorbed. Great for people who have a hard time taking pills. I live in Michigan, where everyone is vitamin D deficient. It brought my vitamin D levels from below normal levels to right in range.
