Gifted these and will now be a customer!
I started using these three weeks ago after getting them in a white elephant gifting at my studio and I actually love them. I work out 6 days a week and have been taking these even on my off days. I feel like any product or supplement you take you should really try to do it regularly in order to see results so I have been pretty on it with these to TRULY see if they work. I have to say I feel great and a lot less sore than last month. I'm going to keep using them.
